Description
- Renovation of Naylor Arms Apartment Building constructed around 1908. The renovation included selective demolition and abatement activities to support the creation of seventeen luxury apartments while focusing on the historical parameters established in part by the Department of Historic Resources. This project adhered to the standards for rehabilitation required under the State and Federal Rehabilitation Tax Project.
