Renovation of the Historic Berkley Pickle plant built in 1880’s into the Headquarters for Norfolk Tug and Barge .
The Project consisted of heavy timber roof truss and masonry restoration. The timber trusses (56′ span) required shoring and steel plate spicing of 9″x 9″ cords. The masonry walls required the restoration of triple Wythe clay units.
